Feeding a
purebred cat deserves all our attention
The first in the world to be interested in finding solutions to the
eating behavior of purebred cats, Royal Canin is pursuing with force and
passion its research in the nutritional precision of other cat breeds.
1999: Royal Canin undertook the very first in-depth research
into animal nutrition by creating specific foods for a cat breed.
Persian 30, a worldwide innovation dedicated to the specific features of
Persian cats, represented a major scientific and nutritional advance.
1999/2002: Our knowledge of Nutritional Health and the
morphology and physiology of purebred cats continued growing and expanding
thanks to our partnerships with breeders, academics, veterinarians and cat
lovers.
2003: After several years of intensive development, we can now
offer you the results of our last three research projects.
Royal Canin has created Feline Breed Nutrition, a new range to meet the
expectations of purebred cat breeders and aficionados, who believe
providing the best nutrition for their cats deserves all their attention.
To each purebred cat, her own
personality.

MAINE COON: The Maine Coon is the largest
purebred cat today. Often called the gentle giant, the Maine
Coon is a cat of contrasts: impressive majestic presence, gentle
affectionate sociable nature; well-balanced and robust, it radiates
quiet strength. |
 |
SIAMESE: The Siamese is one of the slimmest
purebred cats in the world. Possessive, brimming with
affection, the Siamese loves to play with children; it is ideal for
those looking for a real presence. |
 |
PERSIAN: The Persian, with its very long hair
and distinctive facial morphology, is a truly exceptional purebred
cat. Particularly sociable, the Persian easily shares its life
with other cats, dogs and children; placid, calm and sedentary, its
discreet meows are rare; it thrives on a quiet life. |
Each breed requires its own
